I have been dealing with Rheumatoid Arthrits and Fibromyalgia and all the pain that comes with them. I wish we could afford the Sauna but I haven’t been able to work for 10 years. It looks and sounds like heaven. My feet and ankles are also experiencing the joy of these diseases and I can’t think of a happier place for my tootsies than in a foot sauna!

Thank you for the homemade chocolate post. I have made it many times and given the recipe to many. I would like to try a cashew and dried cherry addition with honey as the sweetener. I read your original blog post about Health Mate Saunas, and because of that, I bought one! I’ve had it a week now, and I love it. I would love to win the foot sauna to give to my parents to introduce them to the benefits of far-infrared. My mom has Hashimotos, and while she is a stay at home mom still homeschooling my younger siblings, it’s hard for her to find time for the sauna. This would be perfect for her to use while doing school with the kids, and still get some infrared therapy!

Hi, Kelly! Thanks for hosting this giveaway. Your post about the infrared sauna experience was exciting to me since I sustained injuries from a car accident. I am open to trying different treatments to help heal the body and I hadn’t heard of this one before. Currently I am receiving treatment from a PT who is also an MFR expert. I like Myofascial Release because it’s the most gentle treatment with lasting improvements and results that I’ve experienced. I would love to try infrared sauna as well to continue to improve upon my injuries. I’m doing a Google search next to look for someplace in my area to try out a session. Thanks again for your informative and thoughtful writing and for treating us to these giveaways! 🙂 ~Jules

You are very inspirational and love following you. As of yesterday (my birthday) I’m a 53 year,lady, waitress and me feet are so sore in the morning I soak them in a foot bath which is a mess. The foot sauna looks so much better.

Incredible offer Health Mate has generously made. I have been talking about checking far infrared sauna treatment out for years, and then let the thought dissipate- it sounds much to my disadvantage! Having lived with fibro for 40 yrs I use to go to tanning beds to get relief from body pain. By the end of the day I can not walk on any hard surface with out shoes for padding. My legs and feet get the brunt of the fibro pain. Thanks for the chance to win relief.

Hi Kelly! My hubby & I were wondering which sauna this applies to. There are four different types listed on the Health Mate site: Renew Mate, Classic Mate and Enrich Mate and Restore Mate. Also, which of these four did you purchase, and what were the primary features that led you to choose this particular one (other than size)? We want to purchase the one person sized (we will be moving from our rural property into an apartment in the downtown core for the next couple of years, so space saving is essential). But we are unsure of which of these four options to choose from. Thanks!
Hi Naomi! Oh awesome! The group buy/wholesale pricing applies to all the models. We originally were going to purchase the Classic Mate 2 person, primarily for budget reasons, thinking it would be a lot less expensive than the others. But once we found out that there wasn’t a huge price difference between all the models, we decided to go with a bigger and more luxurious unit, the enrich iii. The biggest selling point that had me convinced with the enrich line was that it was their brand new line that incorporated the newest technology to make the units have literally, virtually undetectable EMF (that I also confirmed with a meter at a tradeshow). To be clear, all their units are very low-EMF, and really, you can’t go wrong with any of them – they are all very high quality. The enrich line just has the super, super low, pretty much undetectable EMF 🙂 I hope that helps answer your question!

I do believe that your feet not only carry us ….but, the ailments within our body….healing can begin from the feet & work its way up through out the entire body. A far infrared sauna foot sauna would be the best ever….
